Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using E-Learning Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Subscription Terms
E-Learning Platform offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
- Not use the application to distribute harmful or malicious content.
Intellectual Property
All content in E-Learning Platform, including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of E-Learning Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Limitation of Liability
E-Learning Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-Learning Platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
